The Drone Supply Service

1.1): Customers consult us about the type, brand, model, etc. of drone products you are interested in through online chat tools, online messages, emails, phone calls, social media, etc. We communicate with you through the above channels, understand your needs clearly, give you a quotation and lead time, and respond to other questions you want to know.

1.2): After reaching a agreement based on the above communication, the customer contacts us by email to formally place an order, stating the product you need, including product brand, model, etc.

1.3): We will reply to your formal order PO or purchase contract (for bulk purchase projects) by email. The PO and contract will take effect after both parties sign.

1.4): The customer pays the full amount or 40% of the payment as a deposit and sends us the payment receipt, and we will check the account status accordingly.

1.5): We contact the factory to prepare the products, and after the products are ready, we will notify you to pay the balance of the contract.

1.6): After the customer pays the balance, he needs to send us the payment receipt. We will check the payment and immediately arrange international logistics transportation of the product to you, and provide E-documents such as Invoice, PL, BL, etc.

1.7): When the customer receives the product, he/she signs for it on the international logistics delivery note, and the business deal is completed.

1.9): Contact us formally via email to discuss the specific product you need, determine the specific quotation and communicate to confirm the business deal.

1.10): We provide formal documents for specific business deal, such as PO or international commercial contracts (for large purchase projects)

1.11): You arrange to pay a deposit of 40% (or full payment) and provide us with a screenshot of the payment, so we can check our account if get your order payment. 

1.12): We contact the factory to prepare the product for you and notify you to pay the balance of the product.

1.13): After the customer pays the balance, we arrange international logistics to deliver the product to you, and provide electronic documents such as commercial Invoice, PL, BL, etc.

1.14): Check and feedback the goods receipt status through the international freight forwarder, and the products will be deliver it to you safely

For all drone projects, we will provide a comprehensive written quote to ensure clear expectations are set and to minimize the possibility of misunderstandings. This quote will detail the scope of work, including all preparatory activities, required permissions etc. Note that any additional costs related to third-party licenses or specific flight permissions are typically not covered in our initial quotation and will be assessed separately.

Solutions prioritises safety and legal compliance above all. Should any aspect of your request pose a potential risk or conflict with legal regulations, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments. The safety of people, equipment, and property, as well as adherence to laws, will not be compromised.

We aim to ensure the availability of our drone services; however, unpredictable factors like weather, equipment issues, or regulatory changes may affect our ability to deliver. Should your ordered services face any unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately and work hard to find a suitable rescheduling option.

The quotations issued by us are valid for 30 days. Beyond this period, quotes may be subject to revisions in line with market trends and operational needs. We are committed to transparent communication regarding service delivery. You will be informed of any potential delays or necessary alterations to the agreed services. Our liability does not extend to costs or damages incurred as a result of service changes when such changes are communicated in an honest and timely manner.

We only provide customers with civilian consumer and commercial drone products, and do not involve products for special industries such as military, border defense, and police. If any individual or organization arbitrarily modifies our products for other purposes, it has nothing to do with our company's responsibility.

When overseas customers use our drone products, they must comply with the drone use permit regulations of the local countries and regions and use them properly and legally. We do not assume any responsibility if customers violate third-party local regulations when using our products.

We accept available bank T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc. The payment must be made upfront (40% deposit) and in full done before the delivery of our drones and service. This ensures that we can allocate resources and schedule our services effectively.

In principle, we will not refund the deposit you paid for the product if you one-sided cancel the transaction later. Special situations will be handled through negotiation between the two parties.

If our factory is out of stock and cannot provide the product, we will return your deposit or payment accordingly. In special situations, both parties will negotiate to resolve the issue.

We commit our delivery time with contract if no special outside factors influence by each your purchase order contract with our business agreement. 

By International Express DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT etc. Shipping time is about 5-10 days

In places where there is a lot of demand from overseas customers, we will gradually set up overseas warehouses to shorten the transportation time for providing customers with products.

Sample is not free, but after your bulk order, we can return your sample cost.
